NDLTCA recognizes that Long Term Care facilities struggle with staffing in all positions within their buildings. We continue to build partnerships with organizations to help in your recruiting efforts.
CNAonline.com has developed a HYBRID nurse assistant training program based on the AHCA “How to be a Nurse Assistant” Curriculum to help address the workforce challenges and frontline staff shortages.
The curriculum meets all federal guidelines, review the federal crosswalk, and is adapted for ND state-specific requirements. The curriculum produces highly trained CNAs who elevate the quality of resident care for residents in long term care. If you already have a program in place, you can use this program in addition to that program.
Facilities who are interested in using the CNAOnline hybrid program, will need to apply for a NATCEP and indicate that they will be using CNAOnline’s hybrid program and will need to outline the program.
If your facility already has an approved CNA program, but would like to incorporate this program in, they will need to modify their current program to include this hybrid program. If you have any questions, you can reach out to Carolyn Desper at 701-328-2352 or Kelly Beechie at 701-328-2178 with ND Health and Human Services.
