View MoreNDLTCA is a professional and advocacy organization representing assisted living, basic care, nursing facilities, home care, home health, and hospice providers in North Dakota. We are an affiliate of the American Health Care Association, the National Center for Assisted Living, and the Alliance for Care at Home, representing not-for-profit and proprietary providers across the full continuum of long term care. Our members serve nearly 14,000 frail elderly and disabled individuals annually.
In addition, our Association represents approximately 14,000 dedicated professionals who care for North Dakota’s seniors and individuals with disabilities 24 hours a day, 365 days a year—both in residential settings and in the home. Not only do our caregivers deliver quality care, they also strive to enhance each person’s dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Today, seniors want to maintain their independence as long as possible and be cared for in the setting that best meets their needs. Home care, home health, and hospice help individuals remain safely at home with the right supports. Assisted living and basic care provide quality services in a more homelike environment, and nursing facilities continue advancing person-centered models that embrace the strengths and individuality of the elders they serve.
By working with our members, NDLTCA strives to strengthen quality across the continuum and support the quality of life that North Dakotans have earned throughout their lives.
