Bronze, Silver & Gold Quality Award Workshops – Virtual Training Opportunities

NDLTCA is pleased to offer virtual training for the Bronze, Silver, and Gold Quality Award Workshops. These workshops are designed to help long term care professionals understand the Quality Award Program and successfully navigate the application process at each level.

Gold Session Dates

• August 6 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm (CT)
• August 12 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm (CT)
• August 19 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm (CT)
• August 26 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm (CT)

Silver Session Dates

• August 7 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm (CT)
• August 13 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm (CT)
• August 20 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm (CT)
• August 27 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm (CT)

Bronze Session Dates

• November 4 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm (CT)
• November 13 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm (CT)

Registration Fees

Registration includes participation for up to three individuals from the same facility.

• Additional Participants
  Facilities may register additional participants beyond the three included with registration for $25 per person.

Important: Every individual attending from your facility must be registered, including those covered under the initial three participants and any additional participants.
