Join us for our 49th Annual Convention and Expo scheduled for May 5-8, 2026, at the Bismarck Event Center. Below you will find an overview of the schedule. We will be posting the brochure with detailed information once it becomes available.

Tuesday, May 5

10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. – NDLTCA Board Meeting (Radisson Inn)
2:00-5:00 p.m.— Registration – Participants and Exhibitors (Bismarck Event Center)
2:45 – 4:45 p.m. – NDLTCA Membership Meeting (Radisson Inn)
4:30 – 6:00 p.m.— Partnering Associations Board Meetings (Radisson Inn)
6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. — PAC Event

7:00-9:30 a.m.— Expo Registration and Setup (Bismarck Event Center)
8:30-11:45 a.m.— Morning Breakouts (Bismarck Event Center)
9:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m.—Expo Viewing (Bismarck Event Center)
1:30-3:00 p.m.—Afternoon breakouts (Bismarck Event Center)
3:15-5:00 p.m.—Opening Keynote and Sponsorship Recognition (Bismarck Event Center)
