We’re excited to announce our upcoming Frontline Caregiver Training—a valuable opportunity for direct care staff working in long term care to grow their skills, confidence, and connection to quality resident care.
This training is specifically designed for frontline staff, including CNAs, TMAs, and other caregiving team members, and will focus on practical tools, motivation, and best practices for delivering compassionate, person-centered care.

🧠 The Empowered Caregiver presented by the Alzheimer’s Association. This interactive half-day session will cover:
- Supporting Independence in individuals living with dementia
- Effective Communication strategies for residents and families
- Responding to Dementia-Related Behaviors with skill and empathy
💪 Why Your Work Matters led by Megan Dooley, experienced caregiver trainer. This impactful afternoon session will explore:
- The importance of your role and the difference you make
- Self-care and wellness strategies to help prevent burnout
- Tools for managing conflict in caregiving settings
- Hands-on training in safe transfers and mobility techniques tailored for long-term care environments
