View MoreNDLTCA is a professional and advocacy organization representing assisted living, basic care, and nursing facilities in North Dakota. We are an affiliate of the American Health Care Association and the National Center For Assisted Living, representing not-for-profit and proprietary facilities in our state. Member facilities care for nearly 14,000 frail elderly and disabled individuals annually.
In addition, our Association represents approximately 14,000 dedicated professionals that care for our State’s seniors in their respective facilities 24-hours a day, 365 days a year. Not only do our caregivers deliver quality medical care, they also strive to enhance each residents dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Today, seniors want to maintain their independence as long as possible and be cared for in an environment that is more homelike. Assisted living and basic care offer quality services in a social model of care. Nursing facilities have begun a cultural change model that embraces the strengths and individuality of the elders they serve.
By working with our member facilities, NDLTCA strives to enhance the quality of life that our seniors have enjoyed throughout their lives.
