Services
Northland PACE Senior Care Services is a program designed to keep seniors living independently at home by providing the highest level of care. Services are based on the needs of each individual. Services include all levels of healthcare, transportation, housekeeping, socialization, and many more. As a participants needs change, their care plan will change to meet those needs. Additional services are added, as needed, to maintain and improve the health of the individual, and are determined by our interdisciplinary team.
