Thrifty White Pharmacy provides long term care pharmacy services to all levels of care. These include skilled nursing care, basic care, assisted living care and memory care. These services include medication packaging systems, prescription delivery, infusion services and pharmacy consulting. We also provide medication therapy management services and comprehensive medication reviews for assisted living and basic care residents. Thrifty White also has the capability to interface with a number of long term care software systems such as Point Click Care, Eldermark, Extended Care Pro, (ECP), Matrix Care and many more. We also provide a portal at no charge to re-order medications and check on the status of them to save nursing time as well as a solution for medication destruction.
