Interim HealthCare offers staffing services which provides RN’s, LPN’s, Med Aides, CNA’s, and Resident Aides to over 75 clients and 100+ locations. We partner with long-term care facilities, hospitals, assisted living and memory care communities across North Dakota, Eastern South Dakota, Northwest Iowa and Western Minnesota. Interim offers flexible staffing options with per diem shifts, 8-16-week contracts or direct-hire. Our 24/7 on call will exhaust all options to fill last-minute requests, week-to-week openings, and/or monthly needs.

We are a Medicare/Medicaid certified agency which provides skilled nursing care from pediatrics to geriatrics. We also provide highly trained home health aide staff who are CNA’s and/or have at least 1 year of caregiving experience from companionship to skilled personal care and support services. We are excited to begin offering personal care and support services in our Fargo location. Our CNA and Personal Care Aides will be assisting home care clients with ADLs, IADLs and companionship.
