Content
Nursing Centers are now judged by a new re-structured survey process designed to focus on the patient and care outcomes. Bringing together the two current survey processes, the new system provides much structure for decision making and compliance determination. Defending your staff and care delivery has become more complicated and difficult. Integration the revised Requirements of Participation into you current practice while preparing for a new survey approach is a giant undertaking. Understanding you patients, data and outcomes is critical.

We will utilize the documents we have from CMS (more to come I’m sure) to assist you in training, calming and preparing your staff for survey. Everybody is learning and surveyors have as much of a learning curve as Nursing Centers. Our intent is to lay a foundation to enable Center leadership to present a confidence in your care, staff, patient and family satisfaction.
